Interested in joining our international team? At the moment, Crowdy is interested in the following positions:

  • IT Developer, with AI experience, who will be involved in improving, developing, implementing and customising our product.
  • Sales Manager with previous experience in Customer Support and Sales. The manager will be responsible for communicating with new and current Crowdy.ai customers
  • IT specialists/partners who create online shops and corporate websites. Within the framework of co-operation, IT developers/partners can offer the Crowdy product to their clients.

The employment process at Crowdy

Step 1: Application Review — Once we receive your CV, we will contact all suitable applicants to advise them of the next steps.

Step 2: Telephone Interview — A representative from our company will contact you to organise a telephone interview. At this stage of the interview we want to get to know you better, your background, motivation, goals and future plans — the interview usually takes about 10 minutes.

Step 3: In-person/virtual interview — The next step is an in-person/virtual interview with a Crowdy representative. We’ll dig deeper into who you are and how your skills and attitude fit with our way of working, as well as give you the opportunity to learn more about the company and the position.

Additional Steps — Depending on the nature of the position, there may be additional interview steps to either meet with other members of the Crowdy team or to complete a technical assignment.

Final stage — If you have passed all the previous steps, we will gladly approach you with an offer of co-operation. If you decide to accept it, we will prepare a co-operation agreement and start the hiring process.

  • Read the job specification carefully to ensure that you have provided all relevant information and are suitable for the desired position (special attention should be paid to language proficiency).

  • Check your spam folder for emails from Crowdy so you don’t miss anything.
  • Prepare questions for our company representatives.
  • Stay calm and be yourself. We know that job interviews can be stressful, but at Crowdy we prefer a friendly manner and take every opportunity to get to know each other.

Want your CV to stand out? These tips will help you make the best first impression.

  • Focus on the desired position. Be specific: tailor your CV to your desired position to score even more points.
  • A good CV should be clearly structured and concise. Start with your strengths! Summarise your skills and qualifications in a separate paragraph, such as “Profile” or “Special strengths and achievements”. It is best to place these items at the very beginning under your contact details so that we can see at a glance what you are capable of.
  • Check your CV for grammar, spelling and typos — you want your CV to be flawless and professional.
  • Be concise. A general rule of thumb is no more than 3 A4 pages. Focus on the essentials. If you have many additional qualifications and have completed many training courses, choose the ones that are most relevant to us and, of course, to the position you are applying for.
  • If you’re not sure how to evaluate the different sections, try the following principle: for entry-level employees, personal details and interests should make up about 20 per cent, and education, flexible skills, and career achievements should make up 80 per cent.
