Interested in joining our international team? At the moment, Crowdy is interested in the following positions:
Step 1: Application Review — Once we receive your CV, we will contact all suitable applicants to advise them of the next steps.
Step 2: Telephone Interview — A representative from our company will contact you to organise a telephone interview. At this stage of the interview we want to get to know you better, your background, motivation, goals and future plans — the interview usually takes about 10 minutes.
Step 3: In-person/virtual interview — The next step is an in-person/virtual interview with a Crowdy representative. We’ll dig deeper into who you are and how your skills and attitude fit with our way of working, as well as give you the opportunity to learn more about the company and the position.
Additional Steps — Depending on the nature of the position, there may be additional interview steps to either meet with other members of the Crowdy team or to complete a technical assignment.
Final stage — If you have passed all the previous steps, we will gladly approach you with an offer of co-operation. If you decide to accept it, we will prepare a co-operation agreement and start the hiring process.
